Order processing
Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment confirmation or order confirmation for eligible Cash on Delivery orders.
Delivery timeline
Delivery timing depends on the destination, product availability and courier network. The tracking status shown for your order is the best source for its latest movement.
Delivery address
Please provide a complete and accurate address, city, state and PIN code at checkout. An incorrect or incomplete address can delay delivery.
Tracking
Once tracking information is available, you can view it from Account → Order Tracking.
Delivery issues
If a shipment appears delayed, damaged or incorrectly delivered, contact customer care with your order ID as soon as possible. Keep the original packaging and product condition intact when a replacement or refund may be required.
